Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to define a roadmap for Casava’s products considering the evolution and journey of the product, aligning it to market and customer driven requirements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the conceptualization, determining requirements gathering, product specification and the implementation review and eventual release of the product.
You’ll work with Casava’s product and engineering team on product planning, estimation, delivery, risk management and overall product strategy while leveraging interactions with Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience to support market engagement to drive profitable growth to the business. You will also support the management, scoping and prioritizing of requirements across various work streams (UX/Design/Dev/QA) to evaluate business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and understanding of targeted markets, market trends and competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features, enhancements, and launches on time and within scope.
- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify product gaps and new opportunities to improve customer experience, grow market share, and drive user growth.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with product strategy.
- Monitor and assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product development decisions.
- Ensure products meet quality, accessibility, and WCAG standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience in product management
- Prior experience working with UI design systems, supporting accessibility and WCAG
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Capacity to work and manage cross functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering products and features in a timely fashion with high quality.
