Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our brand, product, and growth marketing strategies. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of campaigns that build awareness, drive acquisition, and support engagement across digital and offline channels.
This role combines Growth Marketing, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) Strategy, and overall Marketing Leadership to drive brand engagement, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is a growth-focused leader with a track record in performance marketing, digital strategy, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for;
Growth Marketing & D2C Strategy:
- Develop and execute data-driven, revenue-focused marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage paid and organic channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, influencer marketing).
- Oversee Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms for maximum ROI.
- Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and retention.
- Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel enhancements.
- Lead the D2C customer journey, ensuring seamless engagement from awareness to conversion.
Marketing & Brand Management:
- Own brand storytelling, positioning, and messaging to strengthen the company’s D2C presence.
- Develop and execute content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
- Lead PR, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing to amplify brand reach.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and revenue growth.
- Oversee and enhance the customer experience (CX) strategy in collaboration with the product and customer success teams.
- Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
