Growth Marketing Specialist
As Growth Marketing Specialist at Casava, you'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives, and be responsible for managing the company’s customer acquisition funnel. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling. Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives, monitor and manage our analytics and develop insightful reports for teams and superiors.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for;
- Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert leads to customers.
- Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Developing and overseeing the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on up-selling products to partner’s customers, reducing churn and increasing CLV.
- Developing a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams.
- Creating brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with existing audiences
- Staying on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Leveraging analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance/optimize the company’s marketing efforts
- Ensuring the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously optimized to provide a great user experience
- Compiling performance reports to brief executive leadership on growth marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
Requirements:
- Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in digital marketing with prior experience in B2C product sales.
