Business Development Associate

Casava is seeking a Sales Associate who will support the Head of Sales in driving revenue growth across all sales channels, including partnerships, corporate clients, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) segments. The role focuses on lead generation, client engagement, sales conversion, and customer retention, while supporting the execution of the company’s overall sales strategy.

The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying opportunities across multiple industries and sectors. The candidate must have a demonstrable track record of consistently delivering revenue targets through structured sales strategy, disciplined execution, and strong client relationship management.
